Our Big South Preview continues today with the Charleston Southern Buccaneers. The Buccaneers were the Big South regular season champions this past season. Charleston Southern finished one of their best seasons in program history at 19-13 overall and 12-4 in Big South play. Liberty defeated Charleston Southern 87-76 in the conference championship game. As regular season champs the Buccaneers received an automatic bid to the NIT where they were defeated by Southern Miss 78-71.
