Williams does not have any offers currently, but he has received interest from Liberty, Elon, Georgetown, Winthrop, St. John’s, College of Charleston, Southeastern Louisiana, Wofford, Furman, Lafayette, and Brown. His coach, Anthony Thomas, said in an article from Nieghbornewspapers.com, “We got about five or six guys averaging eight points or better so for him to lead us with 14 says a lot. He just puts the ball in the basket. He is probably one of the most versatile guys we have.”

Trey has recently been named as his team’s MVP for the 2013-14 season by his Teammates and Coaches. In addition, he has been recently named to the Atlanta Journal Constitution All-State (Honorable Mention) Team as well as the AJC All-Metro Team for the Atlanta/South Fulton County Region. Trey also made the First Team of the 6-AAA All-Region Team for the second straight year!!

Trey will attend the IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL in August to complete a post graduate (High School) year and will reclassify to 2015.
Trey led his Atlanta Select AAU teammates to capture the championship of the D1 Spects Tournament of the Americas recently held May 30 – June 1, 2014 in Atlanta, GA. Trey averaged over 17 points and 5 rebounds during the tournament and was named tourney MVP.
Trey has officially reclassified to 2015 and will report to the IMG Academy 08/23/14 to begin his postgraduate year.
