Puryear has offers from Liberty, UAB, Creighton, Miami (OH), Oklahoma State, and San Francisco. He is a lefty who can score with his back to the basket and while attacking the rim. Blue Springs South is one of the best teams in Missouri’s Class 5, and he averaged nearly 14 points and 8 boards a game as a sophomore. He averaged 19.23 points and 8.6 rebounds per game as a junior.
