Foutz picked up his first offer from Liberty on Monday. He’s also received interest from several schools including Army, Charlotte, Elon, James Madison, and William & Mary. Fouts was one of six children nationwide featured on Kellogg’s products due to a serious case of fungal meningitis he contracted when he was 16. This past season, he was named 1st team 3A All-State VHSL Utility Defensive Player and 1st team All-Conference at wide receiver.
