Welsh picked up his first offer from Liberty over the weekend. Following his junior season he was named first team All-Division at quarterback. He was 104/194 passing for 1,633 yards, 15 touchdowns, and 7 interceptions. He also added 392 rushing yards and 13 touchdowns on 77 carries.
