Liberty picked up a commitment from 2025 cornerback Uriah Points following a weekend visit.
Points is a 5’10”, 170 pound defensive back from Grayson High School and Loganville, Georgia. He has offers from Liberty, Auburn, Indiana, West Virginia, Arizona State, Pitt, Boston College, BYU, Appalachian State, Memphis, Coastal Carolina, UConn, Georgia State, Marshall, UAB, Western Kentucky, Jacksonville State, Middle Tennessee, Delaware, and others. He was expected to take an official visit to Marshall next week.
Points is the 8th commitment for the Flames in the Class of 2025 and is the first corner to commit in the class. Liberty picked up 7 commitments out of a group of 14 official visitors last weekend, the first group of official visitors to Lynchburg. Points was part of a group of four official visitors this past weekend.
