Stubbs came into the program a year ago as one of the highest touted recruits in his class, and we saw glimpses of his ability during his true freshman season. He saw playing time in all 11 games, spending time as a reserve receiver, a kick returner, and the team’s top punt returner. Stubbs figures to be a key factor in the team’s return game again in 2018, and he should become more of a factor as a receiver as he continues to develop. Any time he touches the ball, he’s a threat to take it to the house.
