30 Players in 30 Days: #7 – Brandon Tillmon

Tillmon transitions from safety to linebacker as he enters his junior campaign. The move should only increase his total number of tackles from 60, which placed 2nd on the team in 2017. He made his first career interception on the game’s final play to seal Liberty’s 48-45 season-opening win at Baylor. He finished the season just as strong as he started it, by recording a career-high 10 tackles at Charleston Southern. Tillmon’s expected to jump right in to the fray at linebacker, and with Lucas Irons out for the season, he’s quickly become one of the leaders of the room.
