No one’s listed as #76 on the online roster, but neither is Grant Jones. Grant has worn #76 throughout his time at Liberty, and since he is expected back with the team we’ll assume he will wear #76 again.
Jones redshirted in 2012 after appearing in just 8 games as a true freshman in 2011. He came to Liberty from LCA, and is one of the highest rated football recruits the Flames have ever signed. He was rated by the Roanoke Times as the #33 prospect in the state coming out of high school. Both Rivals and ESPN had Grant as a 3 star, and Rivals had him with offers from Duke, East Carolina, Marshall, and Stanford.
Jones was listed as 6’4″ 305 lbs in 2012.
