The defending ASUN Tournament champions have continued their success over to the 2023 tournament. Despite being out-shot from the three point line by 14 made triples by North Florida compared to just five from Bellarmine. The Knights got 26 points from Ben Johnson and Juston Betz hit the game winner with 0.4 seconds to play. His bucket game just seconds after Carter Hendricksen’s dunk tied the game.

#9 Queens 61, #10 FGCU 55 (Box Score)
The Royals will get the rematch against the #1 seed Kennesaw State on Tuesday night after outlasting FGCU, 61-55. It was a disappointing end to the season for FGCU who was once thought to have as good a shot as anyone in the league to win the ASUN Championship.

#1 Kennesaw State 67, #9 Queens 66 (Box Score)
Queens put a scare into the #1 seed on their home floor, missing a three pointer as time expired in the closing seconds that would have secured the upset. Demond Robinson led the Owls with 22 points.
#2 Liberty 76, #8 Bellarmine 56 (Box Score)
Darius McGhee paced the Flames with 29 points, scoring 26 of those in the first half. Liberty rolled to the easy win to advance to the ASUN Tournament Semifinals.
#3 Eastern Kentucky 73, #6 North Alabama 48 (Box Score)
Eastern Kentucky had an easy win, coasting over 6-seed North Alabama. The Colonels were led by Devontae Blanton who had 15 points.
#5 Lipscomb 83, #4 Stetson 70 (Box Score)
The Bisons pulled away in the closing minutes to a 13-point win. Jacob Ognacevic had 22 points while Derrin Boyd chipped in 21.
Semifinals, Thursday, March 2, 2023 (ESPN+)
#1 Kennesaw State 80, #5 Lipscomb 71
The Owls led throughout and were able to withstand a second half push from the Bisons. Kennesaw State takes care of business in the conference tournament and will now play on their home floor Sunday with a chance to get to their first ever NCAA Tournament.
#2 Liberty 79, #3 Eastern Kentucky 73
The Flames fell behind by 13 points in the first half before climbing back to the win. Colin Porter had a career high 25 points with 5 rebounds, 2 assists, and 0 turnovers. He was 10 of 16 from the field. Darius McGhee scored 29 points as Liberty heads to a 5th conference championship game in six years.
