Liberty University has hired Todd Patulski as Senior Associate Athletics Director – Chief Financial Officer.
Patulski comes to Liberty after spending the past 14 years at Baylor. In 2009, he was promoted to the #2 position in the athletic department as Deputy AD. New Liberty Athletic Director Ian McCaw originally hired Patulski in May of 1998 while McCaw was AD at Northeastern. Patulski then followed McCaw to Baylor in 2003.
At Baylor, Patulski oversaw the athletic department’s financial and administrative areas. He also served as interim AD following McCaw’s departure and before Baylor hired their current AD Mack Rhoades. Patulski was reportedly a finalist for the Tulane AD job in November of 2015.
McCaw and Patulski will face their former employer in football on September 2 as Baylor and Liberty will play in the 2017 football opener in Waco, Texas.
