GWU’s Max Landis to transfer

CBSSports.com’s Jeff Goodman released the first edition of his 2013 transfer list. There were 5 names from Big South teams listed:

  • Matt Citron, 6-7, PF, Fr., Presbyterian
  • Eric Washington, 5-10, G, Soph., Presbyterian
  • Steve Johnson, 6-7, C, Jr., Winthrop
  • Max Landis, 6-2, G, Soph., Gardner Webb
  • Larry Taylor, 6-1, G, Fr., Liberty

Max Landis and Eric Washington are the 2 biggest names listed. Landis averaged 7.9 points in 23.7 minutes per game for the Runnin’ Bulldogs. Eric Washington averaged 8.5 points and a Big South best 6.5 assists for the Blue Hose.

Steve Johnson averaged 3.9 points and 3.2 rebounds for the Eagles.
Larry Taylor played just 4.7 minutes per game for the Flames.
Matt Citron played in just 8 games.
