Game 1: Radford/Winthrop
Winthrop wins 60-58 in overtime thanks to a Joab Jerome layup with 2 seconds left. Jerome finished with 22 points and 12 rebounds.
Game 2: Asheville/Longwood
The Longwood Lancers upset the 2 time defending UNC Asheville Bulldogs 87-72. Tristan Carey led the way with 21 points and 6 steals. Guard Lucas Woodhouse added 17 points, 7 assists, and 5 rebounds.
Game 3: Campbell/Presbyterian
The Camels needed overtime to hold off the Blue Hose 81-73 in Presbyterian’s first Big South Tournament game. Campbell was led by Trey Freeman’s 22 points and 5 assists.
Game 4: Coastal/Liberty
Home court advantage was not enough for Coastal to hold of the Flames as Liberty completely dominated the last 30 minutes of the game. Liberty won 78-61 and was led by Davon Marshall’s 28 points on 5/7 3-pointers.
