If you’re like us, you probably are wondering how you are going to get through this week without a game to look forward to. Luckily, our Bold Predictions Challenge is back, and should give you the chance waste some of that extra time you are looking to get rid of.

Here’s our standings thus far:

A lot of people had the same picks this week. Didn’t your teachers ever tell you that the person you’re cheating off of might be wrong?

This week we’ll be doing the challenge a bit differently. Unfortunately, this week you’re being given a quiz rather than making Bold Predictions, but you’ll make your picks in the comments as usual.

We’ll start off with around the Big South pick ’em, worth five points per game. Then tell us who you think the Big South’s top performers will be, followed by your predictions on how you think the Flames not on bye week will do this week. Good Luck!

4.Who wins Big South Defensive Player of the Week (10 points)?

5.Who wins Big South Special Teams Player of the Week (10 points)?

6. Over/Under: Mike Brown gets 50 all purpose yards this week. (Points will be AP yards divided by 10, or 5 points if it is the under.)

Brown is only averaging 17.6 receiving yards per game this year, but he is also returning punts and maybe even kickoffs.

walt7. How many tackles will Walt Aikens make on Sunday (5 points)?

He’s got three tackles through six games, so the safe bet is zero, but he will be up against maybe the best WR corp in the league (Chicago).

Make your picks by 11:59 P.M. Friday night.
