Over half of the field is within 23 points of each other, so the race to our grand prize should be exciting! This should be a great week to make your move up the leaderboard, so go ahead and begin picking.

As usual, leave your answers in the comments. Best of luck!

Multiple Choice:

1. Tyrell Maxwell will pass for over 125 yards.

A) Yes

B) No

He’s averaging exactly 100 passing yards per game, but I expect the Runnin’ Bulldogs to be forced to pass the ball if they fall behind, and Liberty’s secondary has been suspect.

Chima2. Who will record more sacks, Chima Uzowihe or G-Webb.

A) Chima

B) G-Webb

On the season, Uzowihe has the Gardner-Webb defense beat 6.5 to 6 total sacks.

3. Which score margin will be higher, Coastal vs. Presbyterian, or Liberty vs. Gardner-Webb?

A) Coastal/Presby

B) Liberty/G-Webb

4. Will Liberty have over or under 60 penalty yards?

A) Over

B) Under

The Flames are averaging 64 penalty yards per contest.

parker15. How many reception yards will Zac Parker record?

A) less than 50

B) 50-75

C) 75-100

D) 100+

He’s actually Liberty’s leading receiver, and is averaging 60 yards per game.

6. Who will score the first Liberty touchdown (5 points)?

Bold Predictions (Pick 3)

jalloh1. Flames hold all receivers under 50 yards.

Gardner-Webb actually doesn’t have a single receiver that is averaging 50+ yards per game, but with the Flames’ leaky secondary, this one is a risk.

2. More than 56 total points will be scored.

Gardner-Webb has only scored 49 total points through 4 games. If this Bold Prediction comes to fruition, it will likely be the Flames who do most of the work.

woodrum23. Woodrum  throws 2 interceptions.

He’s only thrown one on the entire season.

4. Gardner-Webb wins time of possession battle.

Liberty showed last week that they can dominate time of possession, and it may be tough for the lackluster Runnin’ Bulldog offense to stay on the field.

5. Gardner-Webb wins or keeps within single digits.

We’ve seen LU struggle on the road in the past, and this is Gardner-Webb’s homecoming.

6. LU offensive line doesn’t allow a single sack.

They are giving up less than two sacks per game, and G-Webb doesn’t have a very good pass rush.

7. Pick a Big South Player of the Week.

If you choose this one, pick a player that you think will win the Big South offensive, defensive, special teams, or freshman player of the week this week.
