3-star Liberty commit Stephen “Buckshot” Calvert led his high school, Carol City, Friday night to a 44-6 rout of Dillard in the first round of the 2015 Florida High School 6A Playoffs. Calvert finished the game completing 12 of 17 passes for 213 yards passing and 2 touchdowns.

Carol City (9-2) advances to the 2nd round where they will face three time defending state champ Central on Friday at 7:30. It will be a rematch of an October 3rd game that Carol City won 8-7.

Calvert was also recently named to the Miami-Dade North vs South All-Star game. The game will be played December 19th.
