Update: Wilson has not signed with the Flames, according to a source who states his signing ceremony was a “fake signing.”
Perhaps reacting to the recent dismissal of safety Gary Sampson, the Flames have reportedly signed Camden Wilson. Wilson signed to play at Liberty on Tuesday at a special signing ceremony at his high school in Texas. He played both safety and wide receiver for the Bulldogs and helped lead them to breaking a 35-year drought by winning an outright district football championship. He was named first team all-district following his junior season.
