Christian Harrison has announced his decommitment from Liberty. Harrison is a 6’1″, 180 pound defensive back from Woodward Academy and Atlanta, Georgia. His recruitment has picked up in recent weeks and months with offers from Kansas State and Tennessee. Harrison picked up the offer from Tennessee following his official visit to Knoxville just a week ago.
Harrison committed to Liberty in late July over offers from Air Force, Marshall, and several FCS schools. He is the son of former NFL safety Rodney Harrison who spent several seasons with both the Chargers and Patriots.
Following his decommitment, Liberty’s current class of 2022 is down to 13 verbal commitments. This includes commitments from corners Antwon Jackson and Dexter Ricks, Jr as well as safeties Brylan Green and Akhori Jones.
