The Flames will be looking to become bowl eligible for a sixth consecutive season after advancing to the program’s first ever New Year’s Six Bowl, playing in the Fiesta Bowl on New Year’s Day. Previously, the Flames won the Cure Bowl in 2019 and 2020 and the 2021 Lending Tree Bowl while also advancing to the 2022 Boca Raton Bowl. The Flames have won at least 8 games in each of the past five seasons.
