Former Liberty Football players, Antonio Gandy-Golden and Jessie Lemonier both played for their respective football teams in week three matchups.
Washington Football Team Wide Receiver, Antonio Gandy-Golden
Washington Football Team wide receiver, Gandy-Golden, had his first welcome to the NFL moment in a week three matchup against the Cleveland Browns. Despite being a receiver, the Washington Football Team felt they can use him in a versatile role. They called his number on a sweep route and managed to get a 20-yard gain for the first down.

Gandy-Golden managed to get his welcome to the NFL moment, not on the run, more so, on the hit that stopped him from scoring. Browns safety, Karl Joseph, was there to stop him in his tracks and knock him back. AGG popped back up, but knew he wasn’t playing college football anymore.
Los Angeles Chargers Defensive End, Jessie Lemonier
Los Angeles Chargers defensive end, Jessie Lemonier, made his debut in a week three matchup against the Carolina Panthers after getting the call up to the 53-man roster late last week.
Lemonier managed to get on the field three times, albeit, only making appearances on special teams. The Chargers have a deep front seven, so it has been an uphill battle for him so far.
He has taken steps in the right direction, after getting cut, and making it back onto the active roster. If he gets on the field this year, expect it to be mainly on special teams.
