Boone helped lead Liberty to a 26-7 record this past season. The Lady Flames went 16-2 in Conference USA, earning a share of the league’s regular season title before winning three games in Huntsville, Alabama, including a win over reigning champ Middle Tennessee in the final, to win the conference tournament title. Boone and Liberty faced Kentucky in the Round of 64 of the NCAA Tournament just a couple weeks ago. She only logged five minutes before exiting with a foot injury. Liberty lost to Kentucky, 79-78.
