Kelton Mickell announced his commitment to Liberty following a weekend official visit.

Mickell is a 6’2″, 300 pound defensive tackle who currently attends Jones Junior College. Last season at Junes, he played in 9 games and finished the season with 34 tackles, 3 tackles for loss, 1 sack, 1 pass deflected, and a blocked field goal.

Mickell is originally from Collins, Mississippi and Petal High School. He has offers from Liberty, UTSA, Troy, Western Kentucky, Arkansas State, Southern Miss, and others. Mickell took an official visit to UTSA earlier this month.

He continues to add to a talented Class of 2025 for the Flames that has added numerous commitments throughout the month of June.
