Liberty picked up its 20th verbal commitment with a pledge from JUCO wide receiver Kevin Shaa, Sunday evening, according to a source.
Shaa is a 5’11”, 170 pound prospect from California where he attended McClymonds High School and Encinal High School before playing JUCO ball at City College of San Francisco. He chose Liberty over an offer from Eastern Michigan. Shaa took an official visit to Liberty last week. In his 2 seasons at City College, Shaa played in 22 games and recorded 42 receptions for 840 yards and 7 touchdowns.
He is the 4th wide receiver to commit to Liberty in this class, joining 2-star high school commits Sean Queen and JT Wood and another high school prospect from Georgia, Noah Frith.
