The NCAA released its first NET rankings of the 2024-25 season on Monday. Liberty came in at No. 53 in the first rankings, best in Conference USA.

Here’s a look at CUSA’s NET rankings:

Liberty is currently 8-1 on the season and have won five straight since losing to FAU in overtime on Nov. 16. The Flames return to action on re coming off two straight losses in Boca Raton, Florida against FAU and Charleston. The Flames return to action on Saturday evening at 7 p.m. against Mississippi Valley State at Liberty Arena.

The Flames’ non-conference opponents include No. 74 McNeese, No. 94 Kansas State, No. 105 Seattle, No. 107 FAU, No. 148 Charleston, No. 272 Valpo, and No. 350 Louisiana.

Liberty’s remaining non-conference Division I opponents are currently ranked No. 196 UT Arlington, No. 245 North Carolina A&T, and No. 364 Mississippi Valley State.
