Liberty and the Duke Blue Devils have agreed to a 3 game football series, as announced by the schools Monday afternoon.
“We continue to make rapid progress in building our future football schedules,” Liberty Director of Athletics Ian McCaw said in a release. “The series with Duke affords us regional games against a university of the highest academic quality and football program that is establishing itself among the best in the ACC.”
The Flames and Blue Devils will meet on November 22, 2025 and September 4, 2027 in Durham and on September 26, 2026 in Lynchburg. Duke is now the 5th ACC opponent scheduled to visit Williams Stadium over the next decade, joining Syracuse (2019), Virginia Tech (2022 & 2030), Wake Forest (2025), and Virginia (2027 & 2029).
