For the 2nd consecutive season, Liberty and NMSU will face each other twice with the very unusual in-season home and home. The two FBS Independents will have played each other 4 times in 2 years by the end of 2019, but they are not scheduled to meet again until November 2022.

Liberty Game Date: Saturday, November 30
Location: Williams Stadium, Lynchburg, VA
Odds of Liberty Victory: 65 percent
Very Early Outlook: The Flames will finally return home after four straight weeks away from the friendly confines of Williams Stadium for the season finale against New Mexico State, a rematch from a game earlier in the season. Could Liberty enter this game needing just one more win for bowl eligibility? It wouldn’t be a surprise. Hopefully there will be enough energy in the stands to give the Flames an edge despite the late November date and students being on Thanksgiving break.
We hope you’ve enjoyed this countdown to help us get closer to the actual season when we will have real football to talk about. Just a few more weeks!
