Tariq Sims has included Liberty in his top 6 as well as Old Dominion, Youngstown State, Duquesne, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire.
Liberty was among the first to offer Tariq Sims, a versatile offensive weapon from Loudon County High School in Leesburg, Virginia. The 6’0″, 180 pound Sims picked up his first offer from Old Dominion just last month, receiving it on April 14. The Flames pulled the trigger the next day, offering the speedy athlete, and since then the offers haven’t stopped coming in.
Sims had 11 offers as he has removed several FCS schools from his list. He plays both running back and slot receiver in high school, and says he is being recruited at both positions for the next level. Liberty is pursuing Sims as a running back.
