Liberty has made the top three for consensus four-star defensive lineman Zavion Hardy, he announced on Monday afternoon. The Flames made the cut alongside SEC programs Florida and South Carolina.
Hardy is a 6’5″, 257 pound defensive lineman from Macon, Georgia where he attends Tattnall Square Aademy. 247Sports rates him with an overall rating of .9480 and as the No. 112 prospect in the country, No. 16 defensive line prospect, and the No. 8 prospect in Georgia.
In addition to his top three, Hardy’s offer list includes Arizona State, Auburn, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Southern, Georgia Tech, Jackson State, Miami, Michigan, Michigan State, NC State, Ole Miss, Purdue, UCF, USC, and Virginia Tech. During the 2021 season, Zavion Hardy racked up 46 tackles (37 solo), 12 tackles for loss, four sacks and a forced fumble.
