Liberty has made the top five for three-star prospect Miguel Mitchell. The Flames have made the cut alongside Louisiana, Memphis, Vanderbilt, and Wake Forest.

Mitchell is a 6’3″, 200 pound athlete from Oxford High School and Oxford, Alabama. He also had offers from Army, Georgia State, Southern Miss, Troy, Western Kentucky, and several others. This past season as a junior, Mitchell recorded 42 tackles, two tackles for loss, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery, three interceptions, and 16 pass breakups. He likely projects as a safety at the collegiate level.
