Liberty finished the regular season with wins over Middle Tennessee and Western Kentucky to wrap up the CUSA regular season title and earn the No. 1 seed in this week’s CUSA Tournament. The Flames are now 26-6 overall and 13-5 in conference play. Liberty opened play in the CUSA Tournament in the Quarterfinals on Wednesday, defeating UTEP and now advance to the Semifinals on Friday. The Flames are currently at No. 64 in the updated NET rankings, up from last week’s ranking of No. 74.

Duke is currently ranked No. 1 in the NET, followed by Auburn, Houston, Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, Texas Tech, Gonzaga, Iowa State, and Michigan State to round out the top 10. You can see the entire rankings here.

The Flames continue to be the highest ranked team in CUSA, followed by No. 105 Middle Tennessee, No. 123 Jacksonville State, No. 125 Louisiana Tech, No. 139 New Mexico State, No. 142 Kennesaw State, No. 157 UTEP, No. 159 Western Kentucky, No. 180 Sam Houston, and No. 259 FIU.
