Liberty split its two games this past week, defeating Jax State before falling to Kennesaw State on Sunday. The Flames are now 23-6 overall and 11-5 in conference play. Liberty will conclude the regular season this week on t he road against Middle Tennessee and Western Kentucky where the Flames could finish anywhere from No. 1 to No. 3 in the conference ahead of next week’s CUSA Tournament. The Flames are currently at No. 74 in the updated NET rankings, down from last week’s ranking of No. 70.

Auburn is currently ranked No. 1 in the NET, followed by Duke, Houston, Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, Texas Tech, Gonzaga, Iowa State, and Arizona to round out the top 10. You can see the entire rankings here.

The Flames continue to be the highest ranked team in CUSA, followed by No. 104 Middle Tennessee, No. 116 Jacksonville State, No. 121 Louisiana Tech, No. 143 New Mexico State, No. 144 Western Kentucky, No. 150 Kennesaw State, No. 152 UTEP, No. 179 Sam Houston, and No. 260 FIU.
