On Friday, Liberty offered one of the top 2021 football prospects in Virginia when the Flames offered TreVeyon Henderson, his 32nd offer to date.
Henderson is a 5’11”, 190 pound running back from Hopewell High School in Hopewell, Virginia. He is a 4-star rated prospect and ranked as a top 10 prospect in the state and a top 100 national prospect. His offer list is a who’s who among college football including the likes of Alabama, Clemson, Oklahoma, Penn State, Virginia Tech, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Notre Dame, Tennessee, Virginia, and numerous others.
He has received 4-stars from 247Sports and Rivals. As a junior, Henderson had 3,193 all-purpose yards and 53 touchdowns as he was named a USA Today All-American. He helped lead Hopewell to a 15-0 record as the Blue Devils won the 2019 Class 3 State Championship following a 35-7 win over Lord Botetourt.
