Liberty gained another commitment on Wednesday, picking up a pledge from JUCO tight end Billy Durocher.
Durocher is a 6’4″, 220 pound tight end from Saddleback College. This past season, Durocher played in 6 games and caught 9 passes for 65 yards with 2 touchdowns. He has three seasons of eligibility remaining. He has been offered by Texas State and several FCS programs.
Durocher is originally from Illinois where he attended St. Charles North High School. He was an all-conference athlete in both football and track in high school before heading to Saddleback.
With the addition of Durocher, Liberty’s tight end room for 2023 also includes Bentley Hanshaw, Austin Henderson, Teigan Martin, Brayden Monday, and 2023 signee Bo Burklow.
