Liberty was able to flip Marquise Brunson from Louisiana-Monroe recently. Brunson is a 6’4″, 270 pound defensive tackle from Princess Anne High School in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
The 3-star prospect committed to ULM in October, but he decided to decommit from the Warhawks just last week when the Flames came in at the last minute. He had a number of offers, including Charlotte, UConn, East Carolina, Georgia Tech, Maryland, Minnesota, NC State, Northwestern, Pitt, Tennessee, Virginia, Virginia Tech, and Wisconsin.
In August, Brunson named a top 11 of JMU, NC State, Tennessee, Georgia Tech, Wisconsin, Maryland, Pitt, Minnesota, FIU, Connecticut and Old Dominion.
