Liberty is scheduled to play Virginia Tech in both 2016 and 2020. These games will be the first two played between the two schools located just 93 miles apart. Both games are scheduled to be played at Lane Stadium in Blacksburg, VA. The games are tentatively scheduled for 9/3/16 and 9/5/20.
Since Liberty is seeking FBS membership, these games could be between two in-state FBS teams by the time they are played.
