Liberty’s game this Saturday against Louisiana-Monroe has been moved from ESPNU to ESPN2. The game is still scheduled for a Noon kick.
This will be the first ever time a Liberty football game has been televised on ESPN2. Saturday’s game will be the third time in the early season the Flames have appeared on national television as the season opener at Western Kentucky and the home opener against Florida International were both televised by ESPNU.
This weekend’s game was moved as a result of Hurricane Delta approaching the Gulf Coast. Coastal Carolina-Louisiana was originally scheduled to air on ESPN2, but the game has been rescheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 14 at 7:30 on ESPN.
ESPN’s Mike Couzens and Jay Walker will have the call for the Flames and Warhawks. Liberty is currently a 19.5 point favorite.
The Flames are 3-0 on the season and looking to extend a current 7-game home win streak and 5-game overall win streak, both dating back to the 2019 season.
