On Wednesday, Liberty picked up a commitment from Micaiah Abii, a 6’7″ forward from Frisco, Texas where he attends Liberty High School.

Abii also had offers from Air Force, Boston, Columbia, Drexel, Lamar, Lipscomb, Maryland Baltimore-County, Northeastern, and South Alabama. He just picked up an offer from the Flames earlier this month. He was on an official visit this past weekend. Abii had announced a top 5 of Liberty, Columbia, Washington State, South Alabama, and UMBC.

Abii joins a 2020 class that includes Drake Dobbs, Isiah Warfield, and Jonathan Jackson. With Abii’s commitment, the Flames are currently full for the 2020-21 team unless there are any defections from the team.
