Close won the Coastal Plain League’s homerun derby Sunday night. The CPL is a wood-bat collegiate summer league, Alex has previously announced he is returning to Liberty in the fall.

Letchworth is a right handed pitcher from Gloucester High School in Gloucester, Virginia. He is slated to join the class of 2015.

You may remember Steward was drafted 6th overall by the BC Lions in the 2013 CFL Draft. Following his senior season at Liberty, he signed with the Lions on March 26, 2014.
