Liberty came up just short on Saturday night, falling to No. 18 Wake Forest, 37-36. It was the first loss of the 2022 season for the Flames, who are now 2-1 on the year. Liberty will look to bounce back this coming week when Akron (1-2) comes to Williams Stadium in Lynchburg, Virginia.
