This week’s ASOR Player of the Week is Shedro Louis.
The Flames RB went off for 170 yards and 2 TDs, both of which were career highs. Louis became the fourth Flame to reach over 100 yards in a game on the season. Shedro is also one of three Flames to have over 300 total rushing yards on the season (Willis and Mack).
As Louis continues to prove to be a force on the ground game, the Flames rushing attack appears to only be getting stronger as the season continues.
Entering the game, Louis was the team’s third string running back, behind Joshua Mack and Peytton Pickett. With Mack missing the game due to a stomach bug, Louis rotated with Pickett as the two primary running backs for the Flames against Syracuse.
He got Liberty on the scoreboard in the first quarter with a 75 yard touchdown run where he went untouched to tie the game at 7. Later, he would add a 52 yard scamper for his second score of the game.
