Update: Contrary to the report from BlueGoldNews.com, Clark has announced his new destination of Louisville.
“First, I would love to thank God for granting me the strength to take the stand that I did and also forwarding me multiple opportunities to continue my life’s journey,” Clark said in his announcement. “Thanks to all of my family, friends, coaches etc.. for the extensive support throughout this process. With all that being said I would like to announce that I will be furthering my academic-athletic college career at the University of Louisville.”

Former Liberty defensive back Kei’Trel Clark appears to have found a new home. A report states Clark is “finalizing” a transfer to West Virginia.
Clark, who announced a few weeks ago alongside Liberty teammate Tayvion Land he would be transferring, cited he was transferring “due to the cultural incompetent within multiple levels of leadership, it does not line up with my code of ethics.”
Earlier this week, Land announced his transfer to Norfolk State.
Clark is a rising sophomore who was a part of Coach Freeze’s first recruiting class at Liberty. He developed into a starter at corner as a true freshman in 2019, playing in all 13 games while recording 38 tackles, 3 TFLs, 1 sack, 6 PBUs, and 1 blocked kick.
