The Flames made the cut alongside East Carolina, Akron, Temple, Coastal Carolina, Charlotte, Ball State, and Rutgers. Cut from his list are UTSA, Tennessee, Army, Navy, Buffalo, and several FCS schools.
Baldwin is a 5’11”, 170 pound athlete from Hampton, Virginia where he attended Phoebus High School for his first two years of high school. He then transferred to Life Christian Academy for his junior season. This past season at LCA, Baldwin recorded 40 tackles, 11 pass breakups, 2 interceptions, and 1 forced fumble.
Baldwin is ranked the 46th best prospect in Virginiz and the 122nd best CB in the nation according to the 247Sports Composite Ranking. He is a 3-star cornerback according to both Rivals and 247Sports.
