FOOTBALL
Liberty suffered their worst home loss since 2005 this past weekend. #3 Jacksonville State had little issue with managing the Flames and escaped Williams Stadium with a win.
The most notable thing to come out of Liberty’s camp this week? True freshman QB Buckshot Calvert has gotten the nod at starting QB. Considering junior QB Stephon Masha’s performance through the first 3 games, this comes as no surprise.
This Saturday at 7:00pm, the Flames have their last home night game of the season. Robert Morris is coming to town.
