As we reported previously, Liberty assistant basketball coach Jason Eaker had his court date this morning. According to court records, Eaker pled guilty to “POSSESS SCH I/II CON SUBSTANCE” which is a class 5 felony charge. He faces 12 months probation and 6 months suspended license.
